Does anyone have any ideas on how to sell IVR or other Voice services
to small business?
What IVR solution is in demand? And, by which industry or community?
I have built a system that announces discount pricing from various
contracting vendors.

the customer service have I run into issues. Heh my deposit was much lower
than anything quoted here too. Granted the rates aren't exactly stellar now
though.

Reliable Payment Solutions has an all online option. For over the phone and
online retailers it's the card not being present and transaction fees that
kill you with most processors.
We use authorize.net at Voice Vision and we have had to call them on items.
I'm sure you could do this with Vicidial, which is a call center system
so it may not be appropriate to your situation.

We use authorize.net... Easy to integrate and no real problems (other than
their data center crash a few months ago but we worked around that)..
