It is not possible to block IP spoofing, except for IPs that exist on
the inside of your firewall. If the source IP is outside your firewall,
it is not possible to know whether

do you want to trigger this event? You could do it manually from your
telephone like a speed dial, you can use AMI, or you can use a call
file.
