Many HAAST license sales have been to call centers with very competent Asterisk
& Linux admins, with complex needs (eg: failover between geographically distant
call centers, hook into diagnostic/line information of proprietary hardware).
We also have reseller agreements with Asterisk integrator
I disagree totally, unless you're lacking hardware resources and/or
technical skills.
If you have more than 1 asterisk box and proper hardware, it's quite simple
to achieve failover.
I'm not endorsing the original OP's product at all, just saying that your
statement is wrong.
