I'm looking for some additional carriers I can trust to do nominal amounts
of conversational (non-dialer) termination. We have less than 15% short
call duration (6 seconds or fewer).
I can do LRN-based call rating.

The only "basic" IP phones around that price I've ever seen is the base
level Cortelco model. I think it's the C56P Entry Level IP Phone.
We've tested against Asterisk, and these work OK.
Don't have any idea on the Laptops.
