Asterisk supports call recording using several dialplan applications.
MixMonitor is used quite often. Whether you develop it your self or pay
someone to develop it for you, most likely the application will be built
using one of these applications.

conferences to be created completed from a website that is available
either foss or commercial? not looking for a hosted/hosting service or
provider, looking for a pre-written web based interface. language is
