Just joined this list...thanks for all the helpful info. Perhaps obvious to someone else, but I notice that the specs on most IP phones do not mention how they support the display of "caller-id" info (either the SIP URL caller id, or the pass-through of the PSTN caller ID). Is it safe to assume that they will?
Specifically - any idea how the Linksys-Sipura SPA-941 will display caller ID when connected to Asterisk using SIP?
