vtiger (earlier a sugar fork) - now with some changes, i hear, from the sugar architecture is definitely worth a look. matt florell has a .php which can do the lookup. (which i think works only with an older version)

One-line history: Termination of VoIP into PSTN, afaik, has been long
since illegal in India. There's a toll free number that you are
requested to call (to complain) if your caller id shows a local number
when you receive an international call.
Only as of recent times (since this year) has the
Asterisk at Home comes with A2Billing - AAH of course is fairly easy to
maintain and the billing software looks fairly good too! Contact me off
