Among other things, we'll be talking about SIP/IAX origination and

I'm looking for DID, possibly toll-free, that can be called, dial a
phone number in PA, send DTMF upon answer. Trivial stuff with
asterisk, but my pbx is not in the US so the lag time (for two legs)
is not practical.
In other words, a person calls NNN NNN they are connected to the
PA number
Not a big business deal, but looking for suggestions for a good friend
who is moving there. He will have a cable connection and I suggested
he hang a SIP phone on that to be able to call the US from there. Do
any of you have suggestions as to who would be relatively low latency

I just happened to look at the price listing on DirectCentrex after
making a 0810 call.
Their price listed is 0.017/min.
The charges on several recent calls I made were more like 0.65/min !
