The biggest problem in today world with porting numbers is when the CSR records does not match. Example: Company ABC bough a DID's from VOIP Provider ABC. VoIP provider ABC has an account with L3. In L3 CSR records of VoIP Provider ABC not an end costumer, and when end costumer trying to port it
