If you use the "g" option for dial() then it will continue in the dial
plan after a hangup where it left off. Without that option, when a
dial() succeeds and then is hung up then no more commands for that
extension will be run.

Voipjet is good for trouble shooting and testing. For more advanced
usage I would advise a dialplan that has many prioritys with different
servers so that you know if one is down to use the other.

Let me give mine... I use them for BACKUP ONLY! I would never trust
my VoIP infrastructure to them. Support is aweful... they don't
respond to e-mails, and their servers seem to go down a bit too often.
