DIDs from India is 100% illegal, no white routes can provide you DIDs legally.
So be aware with this requirement of yours.
Even if you manage to get it, its going to be real short term.

A customer of ours needs DID's in India. Delivery required via SIP/IAX2,
and G.711 preferred.

It is not a NO GO but the private carriers like Reliance CAN Do it, its the
matter of them
understanding the market size of the DID .
FORTUNATELY People in Pakistan were able to understand it, and now we have 2
legal
carriers selling it. I hope it will be done for India also soon.

Yeah agreed for that issue.
Infact Reliance already got sued in recent past for doing that from
local Govt Carriers (they surely understand the market and are doing it
using small time players in the front)
But in any case, its not legal, since there is a clear mandate from
