With the recent news of Phil Zimmerman's Zfone software, is there any

Confirmation info is available on Zap channels with signaling protocols
that support it (such as ISDN, E&M, and a few others). Loopstart and
kewlstart (FXO and FXS) do not support answer confirmation (although
sometimes it is signaled by a polarity reversal or somethign similar).

that patch solves the problem but i find an error. The patch solve the
problem when the number of calls queued is less than the available and ready
agents. Example: if i have two available agent and two queued calls the call
is not delivered to the agent. In source of patch i see:
