+1 for option 2. I'm against option 1 because the ARI version should be enough to verify that the features of 14.2.0 are available. One remaining question: how would we handle situations where a critical or security bug requires a breaking change to ARI in Asterisk 13? --

My vote is for #3 3) Set the major version of ARI identical to the major version of Asterisk. Going forward, Asterisk 13 will have ARI versions 13.X.Y, Asterisk 14 will have ARI versions 14.X.Y, and Asterisk 15 will have ARI versions 15.X.Y #1 would be as confusing to keep track of as Asterisk

Hi! We were just about to start making the next round of release candidates for Asterisk. In doing so, we knew that we needed to bump the minor versions of AMI and ARI since new stuff had been added since the previous release. For AMI, this was fairly trivial. For ARI...well... Currently,

[asterisk-dev] res_parking.conf realtime support implementation questions

2016-11-17 Thread Antonio Gómez Soto
Hi all, With respect to asterisk I've been out of the loop since asterisk 1.8. Since that time new things like sorcery have been added. I now circled back to asterisk and have a need for realtime support for res_parking (on asterisk 13). Searched the ticket system, but could not find any
