No, there isn't, because bridging the signaling is non-trivial. In this
case the information you want to bridge is arriving before Asterisk even
knows about the call (part of the SETUP message or immediately following
it) so the decision to 'bridge' the call (if it were possible) is too
late for that information to be sent to the BCM.

It would have to go into libpri (it could be added at nearly any time
there) and then into Asterisk SVN trunk, which is slated to become
Asterisk 1.6 relatively soon. With our new release model, it *could* be
added during 1.6's lifetime, rather than having to wait for 1.8.
