That's correct, just send FXO calls to the Asterisk box. Calls from H.323
sources will go into the context specified in the oh323.conf file.

As far as I can tell, if we try to forward a voicemail (by going into voicemail
and saying that we want to forward it to another extension) it crashes
asterisk.
voicemail.conf does not seem to be where I should be looking. Any ideas?

Firstly, if you are having problems with asterisk, don't start it with
safe_asterisk. Start it using asterisk -vvvgc

I've tried copying the config in this listing with no success.
