I'm using asterisk 1.8.
I can enable cdr_mysql module using "make menuselect".
How can I do that within a shell script, something equibvalent to this:
./configure
echo "MENUSELECT_CORE_SOUNDS=CORE-SOUNDS-EN-GSM CORE-SOUNDS-FR-GSM" >
menuselect.makeopts.defaults
make USER_MAKEOPTS=menuselec
