If there is no phone ringing (because all operators are busy and the call
is still waiting in the queue) then I cannot pickup the call with
Pickup(Queuename@PICKUPMARK):

CentOS 7) and asterisk 11.24.X with dahdi 2.11 and libpri 1.5 installed on
the VM ?
Does timing work correctly for a ConfBridge?
