Hello,
I have previously open a topic on the mailing list about deadlocking on
Asterisk 1.2.35.
After upgrading to 1.4.29.1 we still experienced the same problem :
Mar 5 12:05:56] DEBUG[8647] channel.c: Avoiding initial deadlock for
channel '0xb7689840'
[Mar 5 12:06:41] DEBUG[7130] cha
11145] chan_mgcp.c: Got response back on
[026244104989] for transaction 49471 we aren't sending?
I dont understand these outputs.
Can you help me to clarify ?
Regards,

Hello all,
I'm running Asterisk 1.2.35 with chan_mgcp activated.
The process host around 2,4K users.
Along the day I've got some debug reports like :
Feb 24 22:25:42 DEBUG[28546] channel.c: Avoiding deadlock for
'MGCP/aaln/1...@028421223635-1'
Feb 24 22:29:04 DEBUG[28670] channel.c
Hello,
Nobody has any feedback on the MGCP? And especially on the symptoms
described in my previous emai ?
Thanks.
Regards,
Adrien

Hello all,
I'm looking for some help to try to understand why my CPE doesn't work
good with Asterisk in MGCP.
Here is what I want to do :
- Register a TECOM AH4021 on Asterisk in MGCP with the following profile
in mgcp.Conf :
[general]
port = 2727
bindaddr = 10.95.20.1
disallow=all
allow=g729
a
nction has been called. in your case this was
#1 0x00295220 in expire_register (data=0xb677b180) at
../include/asterisk/lock.h:592
in the changelog of version 1.2 there is a comment about an error with
expire_register and also the link to the issue above.
i hope this helps you.
best regards.

Hi all,
I posted here some days ago about a crash of my Asterisk process.
To remember, Asterisk runs in version 1.2.7.1 on RedHat AS 4.
The process crashed again but this time I have previously put the option -g.
By following this : http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+debugg
Hi All,
So, theres no solution without core dump to debug the crash ?
Should I start my Asterisk process with g option and waiting for another
crash to get the core dump ?

A.L

Hi All,
Thanks for your answers.
Asterisk (v1.2.7.1) runs on RedHat AS 4 without -g option.
It's really a crash, the process not running at all according to "ps aux".

A.L

Hi all,
I experienced for a second time the crash of asterisk process during the
night.
Nothing in Asterisk messages logs, nothing in /var/log/messages can explain
that.
Maybe someone experienced something similar and can drive me in the
resolution ?

A.L
