I have installed asterisk and TrixBox (newbie) and have configured it fine.  However, when I try to upload a .wav file (8 khz mono) and use it for the primary IVR, nothing is played.  Also, when I try to locate the file on the box, I cannot find anything with the name I gave it (either .wav
