I've just downloaded asterisk and having a play with it - its great, good
work gang!
I have a question - I've been playing with X-lite talking with asterisk,
and it appears to work really well. I now want to get the X-lite clients
to login using an MD5 password (so that it isnt cleartex

I've been looking through google to see how to get asterisk and free world
dialup working together - I'm not having much luck.
When I dial a FWD number (via my SIP FWD definition), I hear the first 1/4
second (or so) of sound, then nothing (but I still stay connected)... Does
nt work (I didnt get any
incoming connections from iaxtel)? Is that right? Do I have a dud key - or
does iaxtel not try and authenticate with it?

Should asterisk have many, many UDP ports open?
