Hi Everyone.
I have a client that uses an Altigen system. I am really new to PBX systems
so all this is totally foreign to me.

I am using the latest xlite phone to connect to the latest version of
asterisk (20040727).
When I try to make a call the xlite phone tells me "Call not approved".
I used the configuration options that were listed on the wiki.
The context in the sip.conf file is "from-sip". I have a matching con

I would like to integrate * with an existing Altigen PBX. I want to spend
as little money as possible to make it happen. My main goal is to

Hi everyone.
I am looking at providing a conference for up to 300 people and was

Here are some points:

2) The machine is hosted at the providers site so one has to assume tha

If anyone is interested in producing a VS.NET project file that can build an
OCX component from the IAXClient source code I will pay for it (within
reason). We can then put the project file into the iaxclient cvs to

How does everyone manage their Asterisk servers?

I was thinking about using a couple of spa3k's for deployment in a small
office. At 100 $US per unit it is very economical for three or four inbound
lines plus a few analog phones.
Can the FXO and FXS ports on a single spa3k be used at the same time through
Asterisk? For example if I had an inbo

I think it would be great to have a unified GUI for Asterisk.
