The 7.x firmware has two loads. You need to load the P00 load first, then reboot and load the P0S load second. Cisco introduced an application loader into the 7.x firmware. Here's what I do: 1.) load version 5.3 - bin file 2.) load the 7.4 P00 load (application loader) - sbn file 3.) load the
