Is anyone able to get endpoint codec capabilities via the OPTIONS request
as defined in RFC 3261 ? Endpoints are all responding with a 200 OK but not
sending me any SDP /codec info. I am including an Accept Header per the RFC
requesting application/sdp in the response but not having much luck. It
