is a app_chanspy.so already there. The currently installed version is
1.4.13.
So, it is usefull to use app_chanspy.so for an asterisk for a
callcenter? Which application does now the same for recording/spiing
channels from a third person?

never
But, as said, it happens randomly and is not easy to reproduce.
But we do not have any solutions for that beside to use only one queue.
