we run such at iptel.org -- just get an account there and see how it works. Limitation: it takes phones with REFER support. We tested against Cisco 7960, Mitel, Pingtel (and maybe some more whose name I no longer remember). Microsfot Messenger is known not to work, as it is REFER-ignorant. -jiri
