Sure--an nmap (http://www.insecure.org) ping scan will show this. For
example, on my network, I have an DHCP-addressed Iaxy that usually
camps out on 192.168.1.130. Running a ping scan with nmap returns the
following:

I have used audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/) to
stretch/shrink sound files for non-Asterisk applications. It's overkill for
what you want (it's actually a multi-track audio editor with various effects),
but it will let you adjust tempo and pitch independently of each other.

I have been evaluating the Iaxy and Asterisk for the company I currently
work for, and am rather impressed with them both. Once configured, the
Iaxy is a solid device--it's pretty much an appliance at that point
(plug it in, turn it on, and leave it alone).
My only gripe is the initial configurati
