Dang..I actually know the answer to this one...I think. Amazing what
switching from AAH to doing it all yourself will teach you. Ugh...
zaptel.conf needs to be copied from /etc/asterisk to /etc. That's what was
causing the issue for me.
Now if you run ztcfg, it should show you your ports and

I've been searching the forums and on the list to see if this has been
addressed. If it has, could someone point me to the thread to fix or at
least acknowledge it is an issue and what is causing it. Posting to the list
