had a cataclyzmic failure. I'm not sure what the program with
voip-info is.

Since
Aaron were you able to get back the chan_zap.so cause I am having the
same problems...I upgraded to 1.2.16 from 2.1.13 then to 1.4.1 running
all libpri 1.4.0 and zaptel 1.4.0 still no luck...
