Is there any way to have the CVS version of asterisk listen on more than
one port #? I am attempting to have it listen on a port in addition to
5060 because of a certain ISP/country view on VoIP use, but do not wish
to stop providing SIP on 5060 to other users.

It's very easy to just do a port forward going to 5060 from whatever
ports you want, it forwards TCP and UDP traffic.
