I tried monitor(), and got the same thing. I tried doing from recording from sip to queue to sip, and from a zap channel to queue to sip. From the CLI, I see the following ater recording; monitor executing ( nice -n 19 soxmix //home/test/1102710443.47259-in.wav //home/test/1102710443.47259-out.

We have 2 seperate queues, once is used for English speaking users, the other for Spanish. On the english queue, we have announce-holdtime enabled, and want to enable it on the spanish queue as well. We use agent logins, so some agents will only be logged into the English queue, and Bi-Lingual
