I tried monitor(), and got the same thing. I tried doing from recording
from sip to queue to sip, and from a zap channel to queue to sip. From
the CLI, I see the following ater recording;
monitor executing ( nice -n 19 soxmix
//home/test/1102710443.47259-in.wav //home/test/1102710443.47259-out.
I enabled queue monitoring, and am noticing that the recordings plays a
load static noice whenever someone talks. Any Ideas?

We want to set up monitoring of calls going into our queue. We want to
know if there was a way to initiate it, by having the agent who picks up
the call dial a number to initiate the recording.

We are having issues with calls that connect where callers can hear the
agent speaking, but the agents can't hear the callers. I noticed the

We have 2 seperate queues, once is used for English speaking users, the
other for Spanish. On the english queue, we have announce-holdtime
enabled, and want to enable it on the spanish queue as well. We use
agent logins, so some agents will only be logged into the English queue,
and Bi-Lingual
