Where can I find some tools, such as ztmonitor for zaptel devices, to adjust
rxgain and txgain correctly on this card?
I've some troubles with finding the optimal configuration for the
echocancellator.

calls on hold by pressing the R button on the phone. I can do it only by
hook flash. How can I configure asterisk to use the R button?
