Figured out what to do.
exten => 900,1,Queue(techsupport|HTt)
exten => 900,2,Voicemail2(b111)
And DO NOT put "members =>" in the queues.conf Let members come and go
via the AddQueueMember and RemoveQueueMember
Works perfect.
