Hi
I have a problem with dtmf recognition an analog lines connected to Sangoma
A200. The digits (in most cases the first one) are doubled and so my IVR is
useless. I tried to adjust the rxgain, toneduration and relxing the dtmf but
nothing worked. I also noticed one thing it only happens during
I have the following dialplan.
Everything seems good except for one thing.
If the background message is playing and the user hangs up and does not
press a digit
how do I run an agi on that event.
I tried an exten = h,1,agi(smvoice,-digium_failed) but that was never
called.
I am using 1.4.10
I am looking for a cost effective way to drop analog lines from our
asterisk system to support modems and faxes. More than would typically
be done with TDMxxB cards.
I have looked at going with a T1 interface to Channel Bank, but that
just seems like a very expensive way to solve this problem.
Grandstream Handytone 486 or similar.

I can put you in touch with a used equipment dealer that sells 24 port
Adtran channel banks for less than $500. I got one and there was one module
with 2 UBRt1E channels, he fedexed the 4 x FXO module to me in Anguilla
right away and didn't require the old one back. Great service andreliable

Sean,
We setup a support department via just that way. In fact it's about the
only real way to get modems working correctly. We used T100p card
attached to Adtran 750 units. We got them on ebay for around $ 500.00
each. Which is well worth the cost.
Good luck
morn,
I am looking into a situation where I need 50 or so analog extentions, all
of them need to have caller ID. Anyone have any recommendations for channel
banks and or tips or warnings on Caller ID to the analog stations.
thanks

I just bought an adit 600, and it works great.
They can be picked up used pretty reasonably (approx. $10-$15/port)
It also does callerid and callwaiting great, but seems to have
problems doing callwaiting callerid, as do a lot of channel
banks I believe, so if this is something important to you,
Hi,
sorry to bother you, but i need to connect 8 standard analog lines to 2
asterisk servers (one in Italy (4 lines) and one in USA (4 lines)) and after
let this 2 systems to interact between them.
I was thinking to use the TDM400 card equipped with 4 FXO modules on both
sides.
Is it correct to
Correct. TDM (time division multiplex) FXO is for analog ports coming from
the telco.

What is the best way to bring in analog lines into the system I have
seen the Wildcard X100P but I need to bring in 5 lines and have several
extensions is there not a multi Analog line card available.
