I have the same problem but not with X-Lite. I was using Broadvoice
all day today and then I changed rate plans because I thought
everything was working well. Now my calls get dropped within 2 minutes
and my incoming calls go direct to broadvoice voicemail.

Just a wild guess, are you sure the number you call actually answers?
I had an issue with a certain 800 number that would start sending
audio without "answering" the so * would drop the call after the dial
timout expired as it didn't think the called party ever answered.
