and recompile.
There is a new voicemail2 app. I have not used it, but maybe it fixes
this problem.

You could try changing the DTMF mode and see if it helps..

that's caused by a too loud dtmf tones when on
speakerphone.
upgrade to latest firmware (.72) and use
dtmf=info or rfc2833, should to the trick.
