I imagine that you are using SIP, which has numerous issures with NAT.
Consider using IAX2; one of it's benefits is working with NAT, which I
gather is your problem.

the simple fixes for a lot of NAT related
I want the NAT solution for SIP. Because SIP is the
most widely used protocol in market.
