Hi, I am using queue to transfer incoming iax calls to local agents. I have a further requirement:
To get the "Cli and the called number information" (using some external script or some patch in the queue) before the call is finally moved from queue to the agent. Thus I will be able to display the incoming call details on the agent screen. Any clue or some reference will be helpful.
