Has anyone gotten the Billion BiPAC PCI ISDN card to work with the ISDN
(INS net64) and Asterisk in Japan?

I have some boxes in Japan too.
Just set it up as you set for a common T1.
INS64 is BRI. INS1500 is PRI/T1.
I never used Digium for this. GIve preference to Sangoma.

Why not use OCN etc and connect directly to their sip server?
If you use OCN .office you can get multiple lines and multiple
numbers...The quality is great.
