When I am using pridialplan = unknown I am getting the following messages

I would have to agree with Bryce that from the debug output the problem
seems to be with the dialed number.
Unkown Number Type Unkown Number plan point to that.
You should probably check out if you can start extensions with 3 ...
You can assume that Bearer capability means the

I have connected asterisk 1.0.7 with Avaya Definity via E1 with a
TE100P Digium Card.
Inbound calls are working perfectly and I dont have any problem. But
when I try to make an outgoing call with my softphone (xlite) I am
getting the following messages.

from the Avaya.
I have also cheched that the Avaya dial plan is accepting 4 digid extensions.
