If I remembered correctly, MYSQL_FRIENDS have been taken away from CVS
HEAD. You will have to use asterisk 1.0.x stable to use it

I had compiled support for MYSQL_FRIENDS and it works for SIP, but when use
tiwh IAX2 I have some problem,
I can register with a client, but when I try to make a call I got this
error:
