The voicemail app allows you to record your own
busy and unavailable messages by pressing 0 (mailbox options). But it doesn't
seem to provide a way to review the message before accepting it. Therefore if
you don't get the message right the first time, then you have to redial, login

It would take a fair amount of modification to add "review and commit"
functionality, but if someone wants to do it, just look at
"play_and_record" and add another parameter to add the review
functionality.
