The phones register with only one SIP-extension. We use SIP Version
1.5.3 for the phones.
Part from my extension.conf:
exten => 21,hint,SIP/21
exten => 21,1,Macro(stdexten,21,SIP/21,${CALLERIDNUM},${CIDNAME})
