[Asterisk-Users] Ports to open behind a NAT

I am planning to have our ISP (RR Business) open up the necessary ports so our Asterisk box which is behind a firewall can communicate with Sip phones outside the firewall. From searching the list archive I have come up with the following list 22 for SSH Should this be TCP, UDP or Both?
