FYI:
insmod does not resolve module dependencies...
modprobe does...
In this case zaptel isn't loaded yet.
So... copy qozap.(o|ko) to /lib/modules/`uname -r`/misc/
redo the module dependencies..
modprobe qozap
or
make load in the qozap subdir in bristuff...

Try following the instructions inside the bristuff package to use the
zaptel in there.
bristuff uses stable asterisk and the patches seem to be very dependent
on the date stamp of CVS the package downloads (due to CVS changing alot
