What is the secret to getting * to record messages or voicemail. It goes thru the process but the file created is zero length.
I don't think it can be a perm problem as I am running * as root - maybe not a good idea but I am only testing at this stage. Do I need a sound card in the * box? - I wouldn't have thought so. What * modules are needed? chan_oss.so? chan_alsa.so? ?? What device - /dev/dsp? -- Howard.
