In addition: I tried adding Playback(hello) to the 123 extension, before the SayDigits. Then everything is being played perfectly. Also when I park a call to 700, I cannot hear the playback of the parking lot. I do see this in the logs though, so I can pickup the call then, but it should be played

I'm used to both "pound" and "hash" being born in Europe but working in US. My UK and Irish friends look blank if I say "pound key" and equally, American colleagues seem to have no idea what the "hash" key is. I seem to recall that BT went through a phase of calling it the "square" key too...
