I had to add this same feature recently for a client that has centrix
lines and wanted to use the conference feature of the centrix lines
which requires a flash, here is the setup:
PSTEN <> CENTRIX LINES <> ADIT 600 FXO CARD <> ASTERISK <> ADIT 600
FXS CARD <> AVAYA PARTNER ACS R6.
