settting of 'format=wav49|gsm|wav' yielded voicemail files that were
nothing but loud
Filepermission error or the mailbox doesn't exist.
Check if /cygdrive/e/pbx/voicemail exists and it has the right permissions.
(running under cygwin? cheesus..)
