increase busycount in zapata.conf
busycount=6 is ok for me.
the default is 3 , I think, and sometimes
it hangsup on speaking (or some other moh ;) )

Martin has been working on it. I believe you can compile it wtih a
different busy detect algorithm. Contact him ([EMAIL PROTECTED])
