I run asterisk on a soekris 4801, it works great. If you needed more horsepower
a via epia mini-itx would work too. I can't say enough how much I like the
soekris boxes though...

Well.. Cisco's 17xx series router is a device which you can take, plug,
configure and have office PBX. But price tag is $2K.
